Windows tool for maintaining dumps

I don't know if the rest of you out there have a minor problem with maintaining all the different dumps produced with PM3. It feels like I have dumps laying around everywhere.
So I'm thinking about making a win util that keeps order on dumps. Putting them in a sqlite-db locally or cloud-based?,  and it should have the possibility to make a bindiff from selecting two dumps.
Visually..

Wanted functionality:
1. Save dumps to DB
2. bindiff 2dumps visually
3. catalog dumps  based on tag, id,
4. streamline dump -> different demods -> take output -> feed into script ( for cloning, )  ->  verify cloned tag
5. mifare -access bits tool
6 Decode different formats (410x, hid,..)

This is just some loss thoughts but it would be nice to have.  Maybe someone in the community have already done this?
What do you think about it?

Actually, I did add dump management, like converting and bindiff, into the chameleon mini gui for  RevE Rebooted, https://github.com/iceman1001/ChameleonMini-rebootedGUI

Re: Windows tool for maintaining dumps

Finally a bindiff that helps!  Thank you iceman.  I use it to visualize hotel Mifare 1k cards.

On the "Dump Management" tab, could you create a template that shows all matches between dumps?

Its open source, so feel free to contribute to that project.  I am not actively working on it any longer.
