Is the "Proxmark" copyright reserved ?
Hi roel,my friends and I wanna found a BBS in China for communicating our experience in rfid security researching and producing a platform for Chinese resears of Proxmark.We hope to use proxmark.cn as our domain.Considering to the copyright problem,I have to ask for a reply from you.

Dear Nemer,
There is no copyright on this product (name). With respect of a open
source and design community the main focus of a proxmark (related)
product should not be purely commercial. With this in mind I see no
problem that you are using the same name
