I have tried to reproduce the ISO 15693 RFID card with no luck.
Is it possible to read all blocks and then write all blocks to the new blank 15693 card? Is the UID sufficient to just clone the card?
Any reading material that would help explain this to me?

Hello, what card do you have to clone, you must already know the number of blocks that your original card contains, you can see it by doing hf 15 info *. Then I believe that the clone cards contain only 25blocks, I tried a few days ago to copy the blocks from my card without success because my original card contains 80blocks. Have a good day.
