Hi to all the card readers and owners.

I have read the intro pages and moving forwards.

As a hello from me, a quick where am I at...
 
Got my proxmark 3 a few days ago and working as expected.
I am hear to learn and hope I can help others.

I have my proxmark working on windows 10 with the cdc driver.
I can read and write cards as expected.

Now moving onto the signal analysis phase.  I have ordered a few of the "don't buy" cheap cloners (some blue and white ones) just to see what they do and if I can work out the passwords the set, as this helps learn the encoding and signals (with a purpose). 

Tip :  On one of the blue cloners I have, if you turn it on and DONT read a card, but write to a card that was locked, it seems to unlock and default it.

I assume it writes what is in its memory, which was all 00s.

Using the lf snoop, I can get a signal, tune a bit and convert to digital square waves (nice software tools, so thanks).  I then convert that to bit patterns for decoding.  So far its mostly working with a few bit errors.  But I can clearly see the password used on a blue cloner as it repeats for each write (in the correct location), and the block 0 write matches the config as well as the write password matching the block 7 write.
