Hi!
I'm trying to wipe data, but "data buffclear" seems to not be doing the job. Have a cloned Paradox card and want to delete it.

proxmark3> hw readmemI've cloned the tag with "lf paradox clone" and then "lf paradox clone <tag id>", but after that no matter what I do, when I enter "lf paradox clone <tag id>" it clones the tag again and again, and I want to delete the original tag clone data, if that at all possible. Looks like this data is not in data buffer at all...
What am I missing?

are you saying you are trying to wipe out the typed command history in your CLI?

Nope:) I suppose there is something fundamental I'm missing here. When entering "lf paradox clone 00f9da3b1" which is the full id of the original tag, all other data like facility code, card number, checksum and raw automatically matches exactly the original tag. So I was thinking there might be some data saved on device when reading the original tag? And if there is, how can I wipe it?

The std buffer is overwritten pretty quickly, plus you can just unplug the power and clear it.
The pm3 rdv4 has a more advanced memory option, but I don't believe anyone hooked it up to lf cmds yet...

Thank you. I misunderstood some things at the beginning. Realized that memory is wiped after pm is restarted or client reconnected. When using the clone command it was just a matter of calculation of the ID, for the rest of the data on the tag to be the same as the original tag and that was what puzzled me.
