Hi there
Hey, I'm a property manager in charge of 2 apartment buildings that use a very obscure key card system. I also have a little technical background, (certainly nothing like the other smart people on here) but I've written a little PHP code, can edit websites a bit, etc.
The manufacturer of our building's fob system charges absolutely outrageous prices for replacement fobs, so I've been experimenting with a cheap $10 USB reader from amazon, trying to decode the key fobs, and figure out how I can buy more at a reasonable price.

Don't have a proxmark yet.
