Hi,
The current PM3 design can interpret signals of 125 kHz & 13.56 MHz.
However what it is that limits the signal frequency? Is it the A/D convertor or the ARM?
I’m just curious if the PM3 could also be used to fiddle around with signals in the 300 or 800 MHz range.
Cheers,
Tom

Your Gumstix project sound interesting however I don't know if I could be of any help to you. What are you looking for?

Dear SD,
I'm not an experienced Linux programmer so I can't help you with that. Sorry :-(
However I think if people realize that there are other RFiD freq then hi and lo they might be interested too.
Did you ever consider going Open Source?
Cheers,
Tom

Dear SD,
It would be interesting to know how the MT2068 operates, indeed. I'm a bit puzzled if a device that pre-processes the signal with the MT2068 would allow similar flexibility as the PM3.
In theory, it would be cool if you could have for instance four AD9480's all sampling in sequence and thus achieving 1 Giga sps. There's only the small problem of handling 8 Gbit of sample information per second ...
Anyway, I think you have an interesting project there. Let me know how it evolves.
Cheers,
Tom
