I really want to ask everyone here, is here anyone who has cracked a CPU card? And what can we do about CPU card by using pm3?

Are you referring to ISO/IEC 781x 'contact chip' cards?
It is possible (but certainly not worthwhile) to modify the PM3 so it can talk to these cards.
It's cheaper and easier (IMO) just to get a 'contact card' reader (e.g. Omnikey 5321).
