Dear community,
I couldn't suceed in getting PM3 recognized when pluggin it back while it still powered.
I was wondering if some of you tryed and succeed and would be able to share some experience feedback ?
And if not I does anyone knows what kind of topic this matter shall be aressed to ? (hardware ? software ? drivers ?)
My test was based on a snoop / sniif action :
1) Plugging the PM3 (with a battery also plugged - autonomous / standalone capable)
2) Launcing client
3) hf mf sniff (or hf 14a snoop)
4) unplug
5) do some tests
6) plug
7) hf list raw (or hf list 14a)
I never can pass trough step 6...
Either ''sending bytes to proxmark failed'' or system can't detect card (and then i need to power it down and plug it back)
On all case, my issue is that i loose all data and history
Any piece of advice are thanked and welcomed ;-p

After "5" you need to press the button to stop snooping.

Hello Asper,
You're right if forgot the step ''push button" (between 5 and hf list or 6 for unplugged)
While trying connected i can read
#db# cancelled by button
#db# COMMAND FINISHED
#db# maxDataLen=3, Uart.state=0, Uart.len=0
#db# traceLen=5505, Uart.output[0]=00000026
I've tested with new rc2, plugged behavior seems ok (orange + red light goes off once button is pushed)
Nevertheless, when unplugged, red light stay lit when I push the button
From your answer I guess it is working succefully while unplugged for you... do you think it can be my hw ?
