And, yes it is stable. It was actually made for the PM3.

Sorry, you meant "Installable" and I read Stable..
This antenna was made to be used with the PM3.
While the "commercial HF antenna for the PM3" will give you 14.56V, this one will give higher/stable value of 15V.
Same shit for LF stuff.
I am only reporting information here. I am not responsible for anything else... I have not tested those Dual Antennas.
