A smart box for PM3...

If I say "box for PM3", and say "rounded corners". Is somebody interested?

I'm trying to design 2 kinds of boxes:
1. sandwich of laser cut plexiglas/polycarbonate in 3/4 layers.
2. a couple of jointable teflon/hard plastic pieces carved from solid with industrial pantograph.

I will choose the cheapest one and commit the construction to a local service after a quotation
Sure, more pieces I will ask, less they will cost. We can do a buy group...

My targets are:
a. as cheapest as I can
b. good looking
c. round corners (ergonomic)
d. flush button (you should not press it when you have your PM3 working in your pocket)
e. opaque (you don't have to see what is inside the box)
f. with a window filled with a lens (or transparent plastic) for the leds
g. with a window for the jtag port in order to have a flush connector and obtain a thinner box (you'll protect it with plastic label)

If someone is interested, I'll post some 3d renders once I'll finish the design (I'm doing the design #1 and a friend of mine is doing the #2) and choosed which is the cheapest one.
Has somebody the 3d of the board with components or do I have to clumsily design it?

I've seen that some months ago.
It is intersting but, compared with my idea:

1) it is not opaque
2) not round corners
3) impossible to buy or retrieve informations because the site is in chineese only
