Now that github seems to be a valid alternative to google-code I need to rename the Windows and Android executable compiled versions/revisions to match the new github "format"; until now the "r" followed by the correspondant google-code progressive number has been adopted but now I need to find a way to correctly match the github sha1 "progression".
This is my idea:
now we have, for example:
for Windows: pm3-bin-r848
for Android: proxdroid-bin-r848
I would like to transform them to:
pm3-bin-git-0.0.1 - link-to-correspondant-github
0.0.1 will be progressive independantly from the number of github patches between compiled releases.
This may sounds like an idiot question/request but I feel the community feedback as a positive way to go one step further so... do you agree with this new nomenclature ? Is the link to the sha1 revison good for you or you prefere patch date/time ? Any other proposal ?
