Help for a beginner how to use proxmark3 rdv4 (Data Reset, Offline)

I'm new to using proxmark
I was so glad to receive the new proxmark3 rdv4 that I hastened to write down my universal key for the intercom, now i do not know how to reset data and restore the proxymark to its previous state
I will be glad of any help.
