how to get a magic UID Ultralight EVI card?

hi i want to copy a UL EV1 card. I have successfully dump the data from the orginal EV1 card but I dont have approiate Ultralight EV1 card to write.  Anyone can tell me where to get the magic UID Ultralight EVI card?  thank in advance...

35USD from this seller, very expensive and my wallet is bunning hot...any cheaper solutions for a University student?

Will this magic NTAG 21* work with this card that I've just dumped, not sure I did it correct tho ..
