Mifare Snoop Data APDU Commands or Value ?? Challenge Response ??

It is an apdu command that sniffs the write process of Mifare Plus (hf 14a snoop).

We are using this part to write information on the card.

I do not know what this command or value is.

I think of it as a timestamp.

I guess it is 03 90 42 00 00 write apdu command 10 49 13 01 information of this year 00 00 80 99 information of month 75 00 00 c6 information of this day 13 29 f2 f4 2b seems to be information of time I have never seen.
