ST19 secure smartcard

Hello, someone has more information on the memory ST19? I tried to read a bit information on the datasheet on the site http://www.st.com/stonline/products/fam … s_st19.htm but I don't like it.

Thank you

Re: ST19 secure smartcard

Hi rachel,
Which chip are you referring to? Two common ST19 chips are the obsolete ST19RF08 and the newer ST19WR chip family.

Hi olesmartie, thank you for your response, I'm searching for the newer ST19WR chip family.

Re: ST19 secure smartcard

Hi rachel, There is a data brief (very brief!!) available for the STWR66 chip, released in 2004, so it's a bit old now. Apart from this, STMicro are very reluctant to provide more chip info to anybody who isn't prepared to sign complex NDAs with them, and usually they have to be a chip programmer to obtain this info.
