with my home reader it works but with comercial reader dosen´t why???

ok i have tried everything in the posts, my antenna give me moreless 13,5v
i notice that some mifare cards are thickness than other and this deppend the distance between the antenna and the card
for expample: normal mifare card 1cm from the antenna give a good read using hi14areader but another comercial card that is less thick you need a disctance of 0,5 cm to get a god reading or you´ll get nothing.

i also notice that home readers for a good reading whit less than 1 cm form the reader have all the transmision correct.

NOW my case.
at home my reader give me everything ok i see the tag an the reader perfect.
but when i go to the garage reader (is a comercial one) i only see the reader i don´t see the tag??
what i´m doing worng???

my antenna is soldering to the test point and as i said at home works right. at home i use omnikey reader.
my antenna is soldering to the test point board, is this correct or is better that i solder to a hirose cable???

i don´t know what to do???

could you help me whit your knowladge

is the comercial reader to powerfull??
