Best UHF capture device on a budget for windows
I'm interested in a UHF raw capture device and was wondering if any experienced would have a recommendation for a predominantly windows environment.
a couple options i've seen:
HackRF One
Airspy
I'm looking to mainly identify specific rf band, strength, and possibly modulation.
any thoughts?
