Vingcard hotel card - Mifare ultralight

Hello everyone,

I've got my hands on two vingcard ultralight cards from the hotel I'm staying and I've been trying to figure out how the data is stored, particularly the room number.
I don't know which bits from the uid represent the xor mask for the otp and the rest of the data, or if the otp is actually the mask. I've seen some other posts about those types of cards here, but none of them seemed to look the same. These are the only two dumps that I have and they always stay the same, even after using the card (apologies for the limited number of samples).

The part where the user data is look encrypted.  Is the system a new system or older?

I think it's an old system, since I couldn't find any image on Google that matches the door lock. There's no info on the cards so all that I can provide is a photo of the lock.
